Plot

Genius profiler Lee Hyun (Seo In Guk), returns home to Korea after something from a case he’s been sent triggers a memory he thought he’d lost forever. Unbeknownst to him, one of his team members, Detective Cha Ji An (Jang Na Ra), has been investigating him for some time. She is aware that his father was murdered and his brother disappeared under mysterious circumstances involving a criminal named Lee Joon Young (Do Kyung Soo) -- whom they both want found and incarcerated. Each seeks to unravel the other, unaware that they’ve been drawn into a dangerous game of cat and mouse by a master player and that both truth and evil are closer and far more twisted than they think.

My Feelings

A great show this was not! Over acting all over the place, a plot that was a bit extra as well, it was a bit of a mess to me and not very enjoyable to watch. I usually like crime dramas but this one didn't work for me. The main leads' bad attitude was over done so it was hard to like him, thankfully it improved as the show went along, the younger brother's secret evil glance when "no one was watching" were a bit annoying and although I did come to sympathize with his character, I dunno, I wasn't feeling it. A few things I did like was the fact that they did not try to force a romance plot into this drama, that definitely worked in their favor as anything more would have made me write this show off completely. The other thing was Na Ra's character, she was pretty consistent through out, although her characters story was also messy, stalking a childhood friend for so many years and never actually speaking to him? The story did not give me any reasonable explanations as to why she did that. After all this, the least they could do was give a proper ending, but alas, that was not to be.
